This work of Glen Scrimshaw's was created as a memorial piece to honour the life of his recently deceased Mother-In-Law.
"A Path of Memories" is a painting that beautifully captures the memory and lasting impact of Glen's mother-in-law. Through an overgrown path and a snow-covered landscape, it symbolizes the passage of time and the journey of life. The vibrant sunset and the sun shining through the trees represent hope and new beginnings. The 5 different animal tracks symbolize the unity and shared journey of the family, while the hidden family members initials add a personal touch. Overall, the painting conveys a sense of enduring legacy, love, and the eternal bond between the family members. As with many of Glen's reproductions a portion of the sale of the Canvases and original will be donated to "The Heart and Stroke Foundation"!
